PROJECT 1 :: House Roof
The next big project the Alumni Board would like to undertake is the complete replacement of the roof. Although several years ago small repairs were made to stop leaks, the time has come for a major overhaul. Quotes will continually be collected, but current estimates are in the neighborhood of $14,000.

PROJECT 2 :: Boiler Replacement
The boiler has had numerous repairs in the past couple years and has been highly recommended to be replaced. We have had 2 repairs since 2009 totaling $557.33. (Estimated cost for new - between $4,500 and $7,500).

PROJECT 3 :: Undergraduate Assistance
The Alumni Corporation would like funds to assist the Undergraduates with attending L.I., funding philanthropy projects or assist in other activities of the Undergraduates.
