VISION
To transform the MTU Delta Upsilon Alumni Corporation into a financially self sustaining organization, able to quickly and directly assist MTU Undergraduate Chapter of Delta Upsilon in building a stronger brotherhood with a certain future and quality facilities.

PURPOSE
To create a foundation within the Alumni Corporation that will encourage Alumni to give gifts or contributions used specifically for fundraising projects sponsored by the Alumni Corporation. Although all Alumni are members of the Alumni Corporation this "Foundation" can give recognition and membership for to all those who financially support the Alumni.

FOUNDATION NAME
Michigan Tech DU Alumni Foundation.

FOUNDATION ACTIONS
This Foundation is subject to all rules, regulations, legal actions and responsibilities of the Michigan Tech Delta Upsilon Alumni Corporation. All actions by this Foundation need to be approved by the Alumni Board of Directors.

COMMUNICATION
Current levels of recognition will be communicated via an annual newsletter put out by the Alumni Corporation.

Communication will be sent out annually at the same time of year specifically for this initiative.

Donations can occur at any time during the year and payments can be sent throughout the year. However, annual gift levels will be entitled only during the current fiscal year (August 01 to July 31).

DISPURSEMENT OF FUNDS
Funds collected for the Foundation will be tracked separately from Chapter "General Fund". These funds can only be dispersed by a 2/3 majority vote of the Alumni Board of Directors during a regular meeting.
